Update: Wow. I’m thrilled at the response this post has had. Such sweet comments about it on Facebook, Twitter and the post itself. It has been “liked”, “shared” and retweeted over 1000 times and in more than one language. It was even blogged about and applied to running (I was thrilled, being a lover of running myself).

Hi Nat – thought I’d let you know I linked back to your post on 15 joyful tips in one I have posted on ‘might as well jump’ http://yinyangmother.com/?p=296. Its funny – it’s a post I’d already written prior to reading yours, and then a couple of days ago there was a story going around in Australia about a school in Sydney that was banning kids from handstanding and cartwheeling – the reminder to have fun (kids and adults) seemed well-timed…cheers..kathy
Kathy, we’re on the same page! I spent this morning at the playground showing my daughter how to hang upside down from the monkey bars. Kids don’t get to have all the fun! 😉 Thanks for linking. xo
